Today promise is to "FOCUS ONLY" on the POSITIVE and refuse to allow the negative in life to alter your daily results. You Can alter your daily outcome in what you allow your focus to be. By how long you focus on the positive or negative! If you focus to long on negative, you allow it to change your personal chemistry... Don't absorb it!! See and don't allow it in... You will have negative things daily push them away and find the positive!!!
